  • Refund requests postmarked or emailed more than 60 days, - will receive a full refund (less an administrative fee of $35.00)
  • Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 60 days, but prior to 30 days from the start of the Conference - will receive a 75% refund (less an administrative fee of $35.00)
  • Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the start of the Conference - will receive a 50% refund (less an administrative fee of $35.00)
  • Request for refunds received after this deadline may not be considered

Refunds will be sent within four to six weeks after the Conference has concluded
