Fortis BC has been a proud sponsor of the Trauma Pup Program since 2002. The trauma pups are created by “The Stuffed Animal House” in Aldergrove, BC.
Trauma Pup Replacement Form – Electronic
If you are new to the Program, request an initial order by:
- emailing request to: admin@fpoa.bc.ca
- FPOA will administer distribution of 12-24 pups (dependent on Department size)
For Participating Departments:
- When a trauma pup is handed out, fill out and email the Trauma Pup Replacement Report form to: admin@fpoa.bc.ca
- Request replacement pups when stock is getting low
Please Note
All Departments are responsible for pick up or the cost of shipping of orders from Kelowna. Once shipping has been arranged, waybills must be emailed to admin@fpoa.bc.ca so that they can be attached to the box(es) and set outside for pick-up (from a residence).
