2019 Speaker Information


Once again we will be using an APP for conference scheduling, presenters, feedback, vendors, social activities, etc.   All updates will be loaded on the APP as they come available.  If you have any additional information or documents you would like to share, please let me know.  Please download the APP to your smart phone prior to the conference.  It can be found on the APP Store at YAPP.

Paying by credit card - visit the online store - A Store Account needs to be created in order to pay by credit card.  Anyone can set up an account, you do not need to be a member.  Credit Card numbers will not be taken over the phone.

All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing.  Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored.

  • Refund requests postmarked or emailed more than 60 days, - will receive a full refund (less an administrative fee of $35.00)
  • Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 60 days, but prior to 30 days from the start of the Conference - will receive a 75% refund (less an administrative fee of $35.00)
  • Refund requests postmarked or emailed less than 30 days, but prior to 14 days from the start of the Conference - will receive a 50% refund (less an administrative fee of $35.00)
  • Request for refunds received after this deadline may not be considered

Refunds will be sent within four to six weeks after the Conference has concluded.
