This course is based on the informative Phil Ackland's Seminar of the same name, and contains pertinent, up-to-date information on basic Commercial Kitchen Inspections utilizing the International Mechanical Code, NFPA 96, and other relevant code materials. It includes cross-reference charts, information on what to watch for, standards, useful forms and a special Excerpt Edition of Phil Ackland Inspecting Commercial Kitchens International Version manual.
